Research Interest:

I am currently working on the oligomerization of opioid receptors, using coarse grained metadynamics, homology modeling, and other techniques, in order to predict dimerization disruption. Previously, I have worked on coarse grained models of the human stratum
corneum, and performed potential of mean force calculations to predict the permeation characteristics of small molecules through this model membrane.
